The Saltwater Trousers are made from the same UV-protective lightweight nylon as the Saltwater Shirt.  Zip off the legs and you have a pair of shorts. The Saltwater Trousers have detachable legs and nine different pockets. An adjustable belt in the waist keeps the trousers in place during the activities.
